What Our Borrower Needed

Our borrower required a fast loan to purchase a semi-commercial unit in Bristol to convert into 3 flats. They needed to complete within a week!

How We Helped

On top of this, the borrower required £250k to purchase and start the development work, or nearly 150% of the property value. To make this loan work for both the borrower and Think, they were able to provide 2 other properties as securities in the loan. This brought our LTV below 60% which enabled us to do the loan quickly.

Because the borrower sold 2 of their portfolio properties during the loan term, they wished to exit the loan early. This was no problem for us. We were happy for them to repay the loan with no extra interest or early repayment fees
