Introduce

in 3 simple steps

Looking to introduce? Fantastic! Simply fill in the form below. The easiest way is to provide the name(s) of your contacts in the form. We can then check that we don’t already know the contact and then get back in touch with you for an introduction! However, if you’d prefer to do things over the phone, or if you have more questions, just give us your contact details and one of the team can give you a call back.

Providing we don’t know the contact, we’ll ask you to make an introduction for us either by email, conference call or WhatsApp – whatever you prefer. This way, we can keep things personal whilst remaining GDPR compliant!

We’ll take things from there! If the contact goes ahead on a loan with us, we’ll pay you a referral fee. For loans of £250,000 or more, we will pay you £1,000. For anything under, it’s £500.

This introduction scheme is not open to professional brokers or intermediaries, and is subject to change. For any introductions where the source of the referral is unclear (e.g. multiple referrers), we will make a judgment as to the source of the introduction; all decisions made by Think are final.

To get started, simply fill in the form below. We just need a few simple details off you, and one of our investments team can then give you a call back.

One of our investment managers will then give you a call to find out the nature of your introduction. Following some preliminary questions, we will then arrange to have a meeting involving your contact and our CEO.

If the contact you introduce makes an investment with us, we will pay a referral fee of 1% for any investment made. For example, if the investor you introduce invests £500,000, we will pay you £5,000 as soon as they’ve made their first investment with us.

Light Development Loan

If you have a project – involving a major refurb, conversion or extension – and require funds for both the purchase (i.e. on day 1) and the development work (i.e. loan drawdowns), then our Light Development Loan is for you. Even with drawdowns, we make the process as simple as possible. And for these projects, we typically don’t even require monitoring surveys, either.

Refurb Bridging Loan

Our Refurb Bridging Loan is for projects where the borrower is looking to refurbish, convert or extend a property. We provide up to 70% of the purchase price on day 1, and the borrower then provides the funding themselves for any work required. Because of this, developers typically love this product when the refurb or conversion costs are small, as it enables them to maximise their day 1 funding.
