Luxury Development in the Cotswolds
Our borrower required a loan to fund the development of a 5-bed detached house in an area known as the ‘Gateway to the Cotswolds’. They owned the land and had received planning permission for the development.
There were last minute issues with the land that would normally delay or halt completion, however we took a view and completed anyway as we had confidence in our borrower’s abilities. Also, due to unprecedented Covid-19 delays, our borrower requested an extension which we were more than happy to provide to enable them to finish the project to a high-spec.
